PHF helps to solve the erosion and pollution problems in the purification process of high-magnesium aluminum alloy, and improves the filtration accuracy.
The magnesium will react with aluminum phosphate when the temperature reaches 600-800°C, according to Mg+AlPO4→Mg2P3+MgO+AlP. The react will cause the damage of binder structure and the strength will reduce, in serious cases, the particles will fall off and cause inclusion pollution.
The new type of phosphorus-free high-temperature binder is applied to avoid the corrosion reaction of magnesium to CFF.
