Integrated Launder Equipment

Launder Lining: The material is high-fused silica , which is directly cast into a lining mold. The inner lining surface forms a smooth glaze. The surface has the performance of high strength, non-stick aluminum , corrosion resistance, thermal shock resistance and smooth surface. The lining is easy to be cleaned and the lifespan is more than 12 months.

Flipping Cover Structure: The flipping cover is equipped with pneumatic system and each section can be opened separately. The bracket is made by 16mm steel plate, cut by CNC technology and welded together which can provide a more stable turning and a more convenient maintenance. The leg of the launder is designed very flexible which allows to be moved, raised and lowered within a certain range. It is convenient for installation and height adjustment at any time.

Control Part: The control part adopts magnetic valve, which can flip all covers at a time or flip the covers individually.

Equipment Types

Radiation Heating Launder: The heater uses silicon carbide rods or radiant tubes. The heater radiates heat to the laundry cover, providing uniform heating. It can reheat the aluminum liquid during the production process, reducing the temperature drop of the aluminum liquid.

Electric Hot Air Heating Launder: Heating uses a hot air system. Electric hot air is applied at the launder port to quickly preheat the launder, reducing the temperature drop of the aluminum liquid during temperature adjustment, and improving production efficiency.

Flame Heating Launder: The launder cover is equipped with a flame burner. Through the intelligent gas control cabinet, the length and temperature of the flame inside the launder are precisely controlled, accurately baking the launder and reducing the temperature drop of the aluminum liquid.
