Gas Heating Filter Equipment

The plate-type filter equipment has a super long life lining which adopted a new high-fused silica melting manufacturing technology. The box is mainly used for the melt purification of aluminum alloy products that with high added value and high technical performance requirements.

Performance Advantages

  • Filtration Precision

    The results of filtration are determined by the specifications, quantities and the PPI of CFF. The diameter range of filtered impurities is 5μm-40μm and the range of aluminum impurities is ≤0.12mm²/kg-≤0.032mm²/kg (Detected by ABB off-line impurities tester).

  • Burner and energy consumption

    The power of the flat flame burner with a short blue flame rotating heating is 90kw. One burner will consume ≤9㎥gas and ≤1.5kw electricity per hour. The level of gas consumption is the 1/3 of other ordinary gas filter equipment which greatly helps to save energy.

  • Preheat Time

    The heating time is less than 30 minutes from room temperature to 760°C. The heating is uniform, and can make little damage to the CFF and the inner lining.

  • Thermal Insulation Property

    The shell temperature can be maintained ≤65 ℃ with high-end insulation layer.

  • Cover Flipping Method

    The box cover is equipped with an electric push rod and the lid turning angle of the box cover is >85°.

  • Long life of Box Lining

    The box linings are made from high-fused silica, which have good performance such as non-stick aluminum, high corrosion resistance, no peeling off and longer service life. The service life of the box lining is more than 2 years according to the market feedback.
