Sintered from SiO₂-based molten materials, it has strong corrosion resistance, no pollution to molten metal, and can be used multiple times; the Flow Control Bar and Flow Tube are used in combination, applied in low-pressure casting of "aluminum alloy wire rods, slab ingot casting, cast-rolled coils" to adjust the flow of aluminum liquid.
It has advantages such as high strength, erosion resistance, impact resistance, thermal shock resistance, and a smoother surface.
It works better when used with BN coating, with a normal service life of 50-100 castings.
It has high flexibility in use and operation, improving the performance of molten metal transfer equipment and achieving energy conservation and consumption reduction.
