It is generally used for all series of alloys. The laying way and the size of filter media inside the deep bed filtration equipment are different according to the different filtration purpose. The range of filtration accuracy (impurity diameter) is 5μm-30μm. The impurity removal capacity is ≤0.03mm²/kg ~ ≤0.008mm²/kg. (Detected by ABB off-line impurities tester).
Longer life of the box lining: The box lining are made from high-fused silica, which have good performance such as non-stick aluminum, high corrosion resistance, no peeling off and longer service life. The average serving life of the box lining is more than 3 years according to the market feedback.
Good insulation performance: The insulation layer of the box is designed after the simulation of thermal barrier effecting. The layer adopts nano-fiber board and other insulation board, and the shell temperature can be controlled below 65℃.
According to the different specifications, models, laying method of deep bed equipment and size of the filter medium, the range of aluminum flow is 15-80t/h.
