CFF is used in casting production lines with small flow rate, low filtration volume. It has the advantages of easy to replace, cost lower and strong adaptability.
The CFF adopts the principle of adsorption, which can effectively remove large inclusions and effectively absorb smaller size inclusions in the molten aluminum.
The larger impurities particles are obstructed by the pores of the CFF.
Small-size particles are blocked by the internal mesh, and smaller-size inclusions are adsorbed by the internal pore structure.
