Used for fine filtration of particle impurities in molten aluminum alloy such as battery foil, 3C materials, can materials, photosensitive drums, and aerospace materials.
It has the function of uniformly controlling temperature and stable filtration effect.
The filtration efficiency for fine inclusions exceeds 90%.
Adtech has developed special materials for the box linings which have good performances of non-stick aluminum, high corrosion resistance, no peeling off and longer service life.
The serving life of the box lining is more than 3 years according to the market feedback.
The insulation layer of the box is designed based on the simulation of thermal barrier effect. The layer adopts nano-fiber board and other insulation board, and the shell temperature can be controlled below 65℃.
High filtration accuracy: Cartridge filter has higher filtration accuracy comparing with plate-type filter and deep bed filter.
The electric control uses PID controlling system and the temperature can be controlled more accurately.
